		<description><![CDATA[Yep, running to work.  I have a camelback that I wear if I will be out for more than 3 hours without a refill point.  I prefer bottles though as I forget to drink out of the camelback and end up dehydrated.  The weight of the bottles never let you forget to drink.  Also, when you get really tired and then trip and fall, the bottles help you cushion the fall!]]></description>

I am working back toward running more days than riding until the fall.  It is a water bottle, Steve.  Sometimes I carry two of them and they quickly feel like barbells but it makes me remember to drink regularly.]]></description>
