As I was walking back from lunch with Pam the other day, I vaguely noticed a cyclist kind of weaving in my direction from across the street.  I had already been panhandled once that day, so I steeled my nerves and tried to keep from making eye contact.  The guy was persistent, though, and I quickly realized he wasn’t your run-of-the-mill panhandler, but was Ron out for a lunchtime ramble!

We had a nice chat before we each had to continue on to our respective places of employment!  He’s off to Colorado to visit the grandkids!  Makes me jealous – not about the grandkids, but a week in the high country would be fun.  Have a great trip, Ron!
