For me?
In my absence last week, something new showed up! Bike lanes on Blackman Road!
They start at the park and go to the north end of the road. I’m kind of disappointed they didn’t take them the entire distance of Blackman, but I can see how they made that decision. From the park south, there is only one small subdivision, which is probably 40% built out. To the north there are a lot of houses.
I’ll take what I can get, though. This type of infrastructure sends a signal to drivers that I truly belong out there!

The “helmet” (or whatever it is) is the first thing I noticed about the photo! Doesn’t exactly match the rest of the image.

Looks like a rivet on wheels. Glad to see the new markings. Sometimes Springfield gets it right!

I saw them today when I went to my church on Blackman Road to mow. There seems to be a lot of bike riders there. They look nice.
