Life Lessons
For the life of me, I can’t fathom what it is about adolescent boys that makes them think it’s OK to yell at people who are pedaling down the road minding their own business. It caused such a quandary in my mind that I decided to go back and ask them.
Needless to say, I didn’t get much of an answer. The kid in yellow was quick to rat out his buddy, then it was funny to see the offender squirm. The little turd had the audacity to try to convince me he was giving me a compliment on my lights. Somehow, I didn’t perceive the phrase “You’re an old man” to be much of a compliment and told him so.
I’m hoping the kid learned a life lesson about life’s consequences, but I’m guessing he probably didn’t. Oh well. I tried.
God bless…

Next time ask then to ride with you. Take them out to a back road and ride off from them.

My last comment was just kidding. My grandsons call me old and I have to prove that I can still out ride them. I think more kids should ride.
