No big deal
By all rights, this morning should have seemed pretty extreme. We had a 22 degree temperature with a pretty stiff north wind. The talking head on the TV this morning while Pam and I were lifting weights said it was the coldest morning since early February last year, and it was several degrees colder than it had been yet this winter.
In spite of that, it didn’t seem terribly bad riding to work. Over the years, I’ve managed to collect the right gear and through experimentation figure out what to wear for for the temperature it is. Today, I got it right. No big deal.
Bring on winter!
God bless…

22 degrees is nearly ten degrees colder than it was down here in Texas. We did get some flurries. Definitely starting to look a little like winter.

1600 miles and 50º difference between here and there – I can take some cold weather riding, but I’m not sure about that much of it.
