Fitness Friday – 1/11/2013
I’ve been experiencing some tenderness in my right elbow lately and it hit a peak after lifting weights on Monday, so I’ve had to dial that back. Not sure if it’s actually the weight lifting or something else, but whatever it is, I’ve complained to Pam that it sure is the pits to get old!

Staying active is the key, and its so much more fun doing things than loafing around. You certainly keep moving.
