Day4 009

You know, sometimes I take a really long time making a decision.  I’ve been sitting on this one for a while, but I think it’s time.

I’ve had fun with this, but it’s starting to become a chore.  I don’t want to post trivial junk, and after 1,200 some posts over the course of about six years, it’s getting hard to come up with original thoughts about rides that I’ve taken many times.

Things could change, but at this point I’m planning to keep the website up until time to renew the domain next spring and that will be it.

Thanks for taking this ride with me!

God bless…

Edit:  I forgot to add that you can still follow me on Facebook and Twitter.  See you there!

Hey, it has been a pleasure reading your posts. Thanks for the work you’ve put in; I can relate on how one doesn’t want it to become a chore instead of some fun.

Whatever you decide Tracy, I have enjoyed touring around your part of Missouri vicariously through your posts, not to mention those amazing trips to Colorado. Best regards.

You might think you write trivia, but I for one like to read your accounts of rides and commutes. Here’s wishing you continued enjoyment of both.

Always enjoyed your posts, and now sadly I’m going to miss them. I hope it’ll be just a break, and when you’ve recharged your blogging batteries you’ll be back. If not, then thanks for sharing your ride, it’s been great.

Tracy, I have followed you (literally sometimes!) by reading your posts and enjoyed them. Thank you for your effort these past few years. I know we will see each other out there.

I think Winter just got a little colder.

I’ve really enjoyed your blog. . . perhaps situations will change, but in the meantime, I will soak up your blog until you disappear. (I bet you will miss all of your blogland community though :-)

  9. I’ve always enjoyed following your blog….but as someone else has said, it might be trivia to you ,but to me it has enabled me to ‘ride’ along in an area I can only dream of visiting….I will miss your blog as will countless others……

Congrats on a great run. Believe me, I write for a living and completely understand what you’re talking about.

I appreciate your sentiments. I’ve been at this half as long as you and struggle to come up with something original to say. I’ve learned a great deal from your stories and comments and was very much entertained in the process! Best of luck to you.
