Wednesday at the fitness center
At 6:15 this morning, here is what the bike rack at the Cox North Fitness Center looked like.

Pretty Impressive...three bikes at once!
You don’t see that very often around here……
I’ve just about settled back into a twice a week workout. Here’s what I do after a 9 mile ride from home to Cox North.
- 4 sets of 12 bicep curls with an 80 lb barbell
- 4 sets of 50 pushups.
- 4 sets of 25 situps/curls
- 4 sets of 12 pull ups
- 18 vertical single arm rows on each side with 55 lbs
That seems to be a nice compromise between no upper body workout and the very loong one I had been doing forever.
