Fitness Friday

It’s January, and the annual pilgrimage to gyms and fitness centers has begun. Luckily, we got out of that business a couple of years ago. That doesn’t mean however, that we don’t work out. In fact, we probably are more diligent with our workouts now than we were when we had the gym membership. Because it’s January, in honor of all those folks who have made the commitment to not become a “one month wonder”, I’m going to log my weekly workouts here every Friday.
Saturday
Sunday
- Rest
Monday
- No workout – elderly parent issues
Tuesday
- No workout – elderly parent issues
Wednesday
- Lift weights – 45 minutes
- Bike commute – 17.8 miles
Thursday
- Run 4 miles
- Bike commute – 20.5 miles
Friday
- Lift weights – 45 minutes
- Bike commute – 19 miles

I admire you Tracy….but for me, turbos are the death of cycling. I cannot unhook the pleasure of riding a bike from travelling from A to B. But I admire those who can……..
